LEDERO® is footwear brand registered with Ledero firm. We are known for footwear manufacturing for years, now with LEDERO brand we cut middle men to reach you with high quality leather footwear.

What types of footwear you have?

We have a selected collection of premium men leather sandals, Flip flops, Slip-ons & back strap sandals
We are adding new designs and fresh design every month.

What types of materials you use?

All high quality materials for upper and insole.You will find both pure leather and synthetic material products.

What types of sole you use?

We use PU, TPR (Thermoplastic rubbers), and leather soles for our products.

Do I get warranty on my product?

Yes, we'll always be there for you and we are happy to provide you 3 months (90 Days) warranty* on manufacturing defects.

Buying a pair

How I know my size before buying online?

Buying shoes online without trying them on is not a problem if you know your size correctly. Because in India, almost every shoe company follows a standard sizing system, so as we.
If you are not sure about your size, follow the chart below and pick the size that suits you the best.

How can I return if footwear doesn't fit?

Can I avail any Discounts or gift voucher?

We have discounts and sales often and we always post their details on our social networking sites. We also distribute coupons to our customers from time to time, you can redeem these coupons by entering the coupon code on the Shopping Cart page before checking out with your order.

Is there any extra charges or tax?

No, all prices mentioned on site is MRP, inclusive of all taxes in India.

What payment options you have?

You can pay using Credit cards, Debit cards, Net Banking, Wallets (PayTM, PhonePay, Google Pay etc.). We also provide Cash on Delivery (COD) (Now available with contactless delivery).

Is payment secure on your website?

There is nothing to worry about.
All online transactions on our website are processed through secure Payment Gateways PayTM & PayU Money. Security is critical for all parties where online transactions are concerned and our payment gateway partners ensure that you have no worries on this front as you transact in the cyberspace.

Can I pay by cash when my order is delivered?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD). You will have to confirm your order immediately after order is placed.

Shipping

What are the Shipping Charges?

We offer free contact-less shipping across India for orders above ₹999/- (Only applicable for pre-paid orders). Shipping charges may apply for 'Cash on Delivery (COD)' orders.

Do you accept international orders?

How long you take to deliver?

It takes us 3-7 working days to deliver your products across India. However, please do make exception in case of conditions and circumstances that we may face which are out of our control.

How I can track my order?

The respective tracking number and Link will be provided to you by E-mail and SMS after fulfilment of order. You can track your order by entering your order ID or AWB number on the 'Track Your Order' page.

Return

How I can Return / Exchange the product?

You can send it back to us within 15 days of the delivery. We will either replace it with another product of the same value or give you refund if applicable.
