Return and Refund Policy
Customers can request for returns and exchange within 15 days after delivery.
We will initiate a refund within 7 Working days, after receiving the product and inspecting the condition.
Returned item(s) must be in unused condition and with original packaging & tag intact. After a quality check, your request will be further processed within 1 working day.
*For items purchased on sale, you only opt for exchange. Any shipping charges for change of style would be borne by the customer. forward shipping charges for exchanged style/size change would be borne by LEDERO.
*Customised orders are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

For product return, we will send you a return label, to print and put on the package.
COD Charges will not be refunded.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned after more than 15 days of delivery
We will try our best to create a suitable scenario for our customers.
In case any customer is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a full refund.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway, payments refund will be made to the same account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@ledero.in and we will assist you.
Return process

After receiving your request for return/exchange we will send you a shipping label, which you would need to print and paste on the package.

Our logistics partner will pick up the product/s within 1-2 days of receiving the request. However, given we use third party logistic providers, the exact pick-up time is unfortunately not under our control.

Our logistics partner shall make three attempts to pick up the product/s. If the item is not picked up in the third attempt, the return request shall be considered complete at our end. In that case, you can raise a fresh return request in case you are eligible under the time frame.

If you receive a message that 'Pickup service is not available', we request you to send the product to our provided address using a courier company available in your location. Please ensure that the products are in unused condition with their original packaging and tags intact.

Please note it is mandatory to submit the self-ship details to get a refund for the returned item. Once we receive the returned items in our warehouse, we will refund the amount of the items and also the amount that you spent on sending the item to our warehouse.
